Werner will focus on applying new technology and the development of new implements to enable our company to maintain its high standards in earthmoving.
Christiaan has a passion for building dams, enabling the agricultural sector to use the optimal capacity for the scarce commodity, water. He will also be involved in bulk earthworks.

The construction foremen are responsible for the operational management of the construction of earthdams on site.
Financial Manager: Roxanne Pretorius
Roxanne oversees all finances, including debtors.
Fleet Maintenance Manager: Johan Lesch and technical team
Johan is responsible for the maintenance of all our equipment as well as ensuring that there are always spare parts on hand. He runs a complete workshop consisting of qualified and dedicated mechanics who focus on the maintenance of our fleet of vehicles and supporting vehicles.
Human Resources: Hennie Jordaan
Môreson’s employees are its most important asset. Hennie is responsible for recruitment, training, socio-economical matters and any benefit and/or packages offered by the company.
Logistics Manager: Bennie Koch
Bennie is responsible for the management of the company’s total fleet of supporting vehicles and the transportation of abnormal loads.
Salary Clerk: Charmaine le Roux
Charmaine is in charge of the salary department and is the contact person for all salary-related queries.
Administrative Officer and PA: Tanya Lucas
Tanya handles all general administrative, organisational functions, enquiries, marketing-related issues and tender-related matters.
Workshop Buyer: Wimpie Payne
Wimpie is in charge of purchasing workshop items not kept in stock. He is also in charge of the general administration of the workshop.
Stock Controller: Rodney Visasie
Rodney is in charge of the placing of orders and the distribution of stock.
Môreson has approximately 70 motivated and experienced operators who undergo refresher courses every 2 years through a certified training company.
